July 11, 2019 – Talent assessment platform, Good&Co, announced updates to their Culture Fit Jobs App. Good&Co’s app update offers users a modernized look. The re-designed app experience leverages their partnership with the largest job boards in Europe, StepStone UK, and Total Jobs Group, to improve the job search and application functions. This allows users to take personality tests to match them to jobs based on culture fit.

The app has been updated to provide new language, improved job search, and application functionalities, making it easier for users to navigate and find what they’re looking for – better jobs. Also, a new “Featured Job” highlight was added to the home screen. Users can access this function to see top jobs that best match their personality.

By leveraging psychometrics data from over 3 million users, we pioneered a new quantified culture-fit algorithm which matches job-seekers' hard skills and soft skills with company cultures and job roles. To determine their ideal culture fit, users can take Good&Co’s short, fun quizzes to assess their personality. The more quizzes users take, the more detailed their personality profile becomes, increasing the chances of finding the right job.

“Once a user determines their personality, they can use our Job Search to find jobs that best fit them,” said Birwadker. “If they’re not looking for a new job, they can check FitScores with their friends, coworkers, managers, and company to gain insight into their relationships.”
