Blackmore Consulting Appoint Head of Global Sales

CENTRAL, HONG KONG – 08/25/2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET) — Blackmore Consulting have appointed Malcolm Hasegawa as Head of Global Sales.

The newly-created position will commence on Monday 4th of September 2017. The new role reflects the company’s recent accelerated growth owing to it’s current private client drive and successes in the investment management sector.

Malcolm will be responsible for our company’s international growth strategy as well as strategic positioning in various emerging financial markets and the development of the skills of our core sales teams.

Hasegawa has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, having worked in various roles throughout his career. His most recent role was as the Director of Distribution for investment products and mutual funds. He has extensive experience in product development, asset allocation, marketing, portfolio management and sales.

Mr Hasegawa spoke of his appointment, commenting “I have worked closely with Blackmore Consulting for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of the people and investment capabilities across all asset classes and sectors. When it was mentioned a position could be created specifically for myself to join Blackmore, I jumped through every hoop and hurdle to facilitate the creation of that assignment.
